Dr. Olson has been practicing veterinary medicine in Northern Virginia since 1986, when he graduated from VMRCVM (the veterinary school at Virginia Tech) with honors. In 1998, along with co-owners Dr. Gary Knipling and Dr. William Kusterbeck, Dr. Olson founded Crossroads Animal Care Center. In addition to co-owner and practicing veterinarian, Dr. Olson is also the medical director of Crossroads.

Dr. Vine also received her DVM from VMRCVM, after completing her undergraduate work at the College of William and Mary. She has been working here at Crossroads since she graduated in 2000.

Cher Anderson is the hospital manager, and has been at Crossroads since soon after its opening. She is one of the driving forces that makes Crossroads successful.
