Pet Boarding

Crossroads Animal Care Center is a great place for your pet to stay and play! Our spacious, indoor boarding facility is a comfortable, safe environment where your pet receives plenty of care, attention and time outside. We feed a high quality, easily digested prescription pet food designed to prevent the stomach upset that can be associated with the stress of being away from home. If your pet has special dietary needs, or you would like to bring you pet’s food from home, we are more than happy to accommodate special requests.

All boarding pets receive multiple leash walks throughout the day. Pets are walked within our spacious fenced in yard on a double lead to ensure safe restraint while outside.

We request that bedding NOT be brought as blankets and bedding are provided by us and we cannot accept owners bedding. This is for sanitary purposes and to prevent it from being misplaced. We appreciate your cooperation. We also request that all leashes and collars be left with you at the time of drop off.

In order to ensure the health and well being of all of our patients the following pet vaccinations and tests must be current:

  • Rabies Vaccine
  • DHPP (Distemper Combo Vaccine)
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough Vaccine)
  • A Negative Fecal Within the Previous Year

  • Rabies Vaccine
  • FVRCP (Distemper Combo Vaccine)

If vaccination is not current, a veterinarian can update them during your pet’s stay.

Because space in our kennel is limited, reservations are required for your pet’s stay.

*During periods of high volume, holidays and certain summer months, a boarding deposit may be required to reserve a kennel space.
*For boarders requiring advanced medical care while staying (i.e. diabetic patients) hospital authorization is needed and appropriate staffing arrangements must be made prior to reserving their stay.
