Excellent care taken of my cats. Safely handled both scared animals and were able to get information to me on how to properly care for them.

I cannot speak highly enough about Crossroads Animal Care Center and their incredible staff. We are new to the area and weren’t sure where to start, so we called about nine different veterinary offices before reaching out to Crossroads. From the very first phone call, everyone was so kind and pleasant, and they made sure our urgent concern for our pup was taken seriously. They did everything they could to accommodate us and were able to squeeze us in for an urgent care evaluation. They then scheduled our girl’s surgery just two days later. One of the things that really stood out to us is their beautiful outdoor area, which they use for dogs who are terrified of being inside a veterinary office. Our dog is extremely anxious at the vet, and they were so thoughtful about her needs. We were able to have her assessment, vaccines, and blood draw done outside, where she felt much more comfortable. The staff was patient, kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate throughout the entire process. Every bit of information they provided was clear, thoroughly explained, written down for us, and communicated every step of the way. During our surgical visit, the staff took the time to educate us about the procedure, offered comfort and support, and called us with updates throughout the day. Knowing our baby girl was being cared for and receiving updates gave us so much peace of mind. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and easy to get to, but it was truly the people who made this experience so exceptional. At the end of our visit, they even gave our girl a toy, and she absolutely loves her toys! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture and honestly made our day. Everyone we interacted with was amazing, but I especially have to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany, one of the nurses. She made this entire process feel so much smoother, cared for our pup as if she were her own, and was simply an amazing person. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed our girl and our family. Thank you so much to Crossroads Animal Care Center and your entire staff for giving us such an exceptional experience. You have officially gained customers for life, and we will never go anywhere else for our fur babies. I would give 10 stars if I could!

This is the best vet experience we’ve ever had. From beginning to end, the process to get a routine check up/shots was smooth. The front desk, technicians, and doctor all communicated very clearly. Our dog is really anxious and needs sedation to get through different procedures. I was especially happy with how they gently carried our dog back to us after sedation and laid down some soft blankets for her to be comfortable. Happy to return here.

Great. Has some new doctors since my last pet,but them and all the tech,front desk and all other who work there are great and caring for your and my new kittens.

I love this clinic my mothers been bringing out our pets here. The staff is awesome and friendly. The place is very clean all the time so no need to worry about germs

My dogs have been going here for a while and I could not be happier with the service, staff, and caring. Recently we brought home a dog from a family friend who is very sick. No one knew he had been unable to properly care for his pup and when I got him he was in need of a vet and lots of love. We saw them yesterday, and like always, everyone from the front desk, to the back was incredible. I was super worried he had some major issues but they ran tests and checked him out thoroughly and didn't find anything serious. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME people at Crossroads. Thank you all for everything you do for my fur buddies and all animals

They actually care about their patients. They squeezed my cat in when he had an emergency.
