This is the best vet experience we’ve ever had. From beginning to end, the process to get a routine check up/shots was smooth. The front desk, technicians, and doctor all communicated very clearly. Our dog is really anxious and needs sedation to get through different procedures. I was especially happy with how they gently carried our dog back to us after sedation and laid down some soft blankets for her to be comfortable. Happy to return here.

They handled my cat gently and kept the visit calm and efficient. The exam was thorough and the plan was clear without pushing unnecessary testing. I feel very comfortable bringing my cat here again. Thank you!

I love this clinic my mothers been bringing out our pets here. The staff is awesome and friendly. The place is very clean all the time so no need to worry about germs

My dogs have been going here for a while and I could not be happier with the service, staff, and caring. Recently we brought home a dog from a family friend who is very sick. No one knew he had been unable to properly care for his pup and when I got him he was in need of a vet and lots of love. We saw them yesterday, and like always, everyone from the front desk, to the back was incredible. I was super worried he had some major issues but they ran tests and checked him out thoroughly and didn't find anything serious. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME people at Crossroads. They actually care about their patients. They squeezed my cat in when he had an emergency.

This was not my regular vet but my regular vet, which is an emergency hospital could not see me and every other "emergency" vet hospital I called said the wait would be 4-8 hours to just get seen. Crossroads took my info and saw my cat within 20 minutes. He needed to stay the night and have a procedure. The doctor was wonderful. She communicated clearly, called me often to give me updates and called once he came home to check on him. I will be changing both my cats to this vet for their regular care. Thank you so much!
